1. Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Sizing Issues: If the clothing item does not fit, you can request an exchange for a different size.
  • Defective Products: If the product you received is defective, an exchange can be requested.

Conditions for Exchange:

  • Requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • Email your request to nertzlifestyle@gmail.com with your order details, including order number and a clear photo of the product.

2. Return Policy

We do not accept returns unless there is a defect in the original product.

For Defective Products:

  • Share a clear photo of the defect with us at nertzlifestyle@gmail.com.
  • Our production team will review your request. If the defect is validated, we will arrange a return pickup.

3. Refund Process

Refunds are only applicable for defective products after the return process is complete.

  • Once the product is picked up and verified, you will need to provide:
    • Order Number
    • Bank Account Details (Account Name, Account Number, and IFSC Code).
  • Refunds will be processed directly to your bank account within 7-10 business days of verification.

Important Notes

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging for exchange or return.
  • Refunds are not applicable for sizing issues; only exchanges will be entertained in such cases.
