At NertZ, our designs are exclusive. For each design and color combination, we produce a limited edition of only 35 t-shirts.

However, we may produce additional units specifically for our promotional activities. Furthermore, Nertz Lifestyle Pvt. Ltd. retains the exclusive right to adjust these quantities based on public demand or bulk order requests.

9. Rights on Designs

Nertz Lifestyle Pvt. Ltd. is the sole owner of the designs showcased on the website and hold all the rights to change, exchange, continue or discontinue them at any point of time. 

10. Disputes

Any disputes, controversies, or claims arising out of or relating to this agreement, or the breach thereof, shall be exclusively settled under the jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi.
